Hello SBDC,
I am a former student of the U of S, and my father & sister are both alumnus. In fact, my father, Robert Meckwood, is on the Royals “Wall of Fame”.
I’m writing because I have an invention that I am trying to bring to market & I will be a part of a contest sponsored by Walmart called getontheshelf.com. I was selected as one of the entries and voting begins on March 7th. I was wondering if you can post a story about me to encourage votes from U of S alumnus. The person who receives the most votes gets their product in every Walmart store in the nation & on the Walmart website. That would be an AWESOME start for my company!!! The site for voting is http://www.getontheshelf.com/product/4896/Click-&-Carry.
You recently clicked a “like” on a picture I posted. It was a picture of John Krazinski & me. I wrote, “Hello Scranton – love Jim & Kim”. Maybe you remember? Please friend me at Kimberly Meckwood & I would be thrilled if there is a way to help me to win. 🙂
I appreciate your time!
Kim Meckwood
