The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center is proud to announce the opening of another local business, Drinker Mobile, located in the Scranton area. The SBDC was able to assist Jennifer Borowski as she was planning to open her food truck business. We assisted her by providing business startup information, licensing information and business planning services. In addition, we provided her with suggestions on how to best use social media to promote her business.
Drinker Mobile offers lunch and dinner as well as after bar food selections. Menu items include Wing Bites, Steak and Cheese Hoagie, Chicken Cheesesteak Hoagie, Fresh Cut French Fries, Sliders with Bacon Jam, Grilled Cheese stuffed with Mac and Cheese, and Grilled Chicken Salad. They also offer protein shakes and protein bars.
