The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is proud to announce that Soccer Plus in Clarks Summit is under the new ownership of E.T. Hunter. Soccer Plus is a retail store offering all the latest in soccer equipment & apparel.

“We’re happy to be able to continue to bring high quality soccer equipment & apparel to Northeast Pennsylvania,” said ET Hunter, the new owner of Soccer Plus. “The ribbon-cutting marked the launch of a new era for our business.” Hunter says offering quality service to customers is a main priority and he also plans to expand the product line.

“It’s always a positive when someone is able to purchase an existing business and build upon its success,” said Lisa Hall Zielinski, director of The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center. “Soccer Plus is a great example of this.”

Soccer Plus held a grand opening and ribbon cutting at 611 S. State Street, in Clarks Summit on Saturday, June 14th featuring prizes, discounts, and refreshments. For more information, call (570) 586-1025.
