PITCH THEN PLAN

The "PitchThenPlan™" tool can be used by start up businesses as well as existing businesses to develop or perfect a written business plan.

The three part "PitchThenPlan™" tool will allow the entrepreneur to first develop a ten slide pitch for your business. In this section ten basic topics will be covered, among them: The Idea, The Business Model, and The Customer.

Next you will be guided to expand your pitch into a business plan. In the planning section more topics are covered, such as: Marketing Schedule, The Location, and Legal Structure.

And last you will develop the numbers for the business plan. We provide an excel template that will assist you in developing the financial section of your financial plan.
