The University of Scranton Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is proud to announce the opening of a new small business, From Drab to Fab Furniture Refinishing Showroom located in Mayfield, Pennsylvania.
Owner, Shiloh Richer came to the SBDC as a referral from a friend. Shiloh had a new business featuring used furniture that she refinishes, and she is also offering classes teaching people how to refinish their own furniture.
The Small Business Development Center assisted the owner with marketing ideas, and provided her with assistance in planning a grand opening / ribbon cutting event.
