Keith D. Yurgosky
Manager of Internet Business / MIS Coordinator
Keith has been with the SBDC since 1994. He holds
both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and a Master of
Business Administration ( MBA ) from
The University of
Scranton. Prior to joining the SBDC staff he served as the controller of an
organization consisting of four occupational health clinics. He served three years as
the supervisor of a customer service department in a large retail chain.
Keith also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the The University
of Scranton, where he
teaches Organizational Behavior and Public Speaking.
His current duties include providing timely assistance to SBDC clients in the following
consultant areas: general business start-up, internet marketing, social
media marketing, international trade,
demographics, business planning, marketing, record keeping, business financing, web site
design, etc. He is also a certified EBAY Education Specialist, and a
certified instructor of the NxLeveL™ Entrepreneurial Training Program.
Keith serves on the board of MetroAction Inc. and previously was a member
of the loan review committee. He is board member of the
Newton Lake
Association and coaches softball for the Lakeland Girls Softball
Association.
Keith is also responsible for creating and maintaining the Web Page for the
The University of Scranton SBDC.
Keith is a 2002 graduate of
Leadership
Lackawanna.
Keith covers the Monroe County Outreach Program for the
SBDC.
