Prepare your business to go mobile – backup your data regularly, have off site mobile equipment and establish in advance where you will operate from in the event of prolonged business disruption. Create copies of important documents such as financial records, personnel records, client records and legal documents and store them off site or in the cloud. Small businesses are often ill prepared for the most minor interruptions.
