Is Your Business Mobile Ready?

prepare2

Living in the northeastern part of the United States, we deal with snow storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and all the havoc they bring with them.  Preparing for business interruption from natural disasters to loss of power is a concern that all small businesses should have. Getting your business and your staff on board and organized can be a challenge. We rely so much on technology for our day to day business functions that we are shocked when our access is limited or lost. Prepare your business to go mobile – backup your data regularly, have off site mobile equipment and establish in advance where you will operate from in the event of prolonged business disruption. Create copies of important documents such as financial records, personnel records, client records and legal documents and store them off site or in the cloud. Small businesses are often ill prepared for the most minor interruptions.
